Washington, D.C. - In the wake of “Scooter” Libby’s testimony that President Bush authorized the disclosure of then classified pre-War intelligence, the White House insists that all leaks are not created equal. For instance:

-December 2005. Unnamed sources leak Bush’s domestic spying program: BAD LEAK

-July 2003. “Scooter” Libby leaks classified pre-war intelligence to bolster Bush’s reasons for going to war: GOOD LEAK

-September 1964. Bush polishes off a case of Miller’s and a fifth of Jack during Delta Kappa Epsilon’s rush week. Pissed for a solid 3 minutes. BEST LEAK EVER!!!
